I was born and raised in Eastern Europe. I completed my undergraduate studies in pharmacology and later earned a Master’s degree in psychology with a focus on addiction counseling. Early spiritual influences on my own journey and practice include Ram Dass, Eckhart Tolle, Paramahansa Yogananda, Thich Nhat Hanh. I have also been influenced by the teachings of Zen Buddhists, George Gurdjieff and Ascended Masters.
In my academic and professional practices alike, I utilize somatic modalities such as Hakomi therapy, orgonomic therapy, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, motivational coaching, neuro-linguistic programming and hypnotherapy. My non-traditional studies include entheogenic research, an apprenticeship with a Shaman in Druid College, past life regression therapy, sound therapy, breath work, and psychedelic integration. My knowledge of and expertise in psychotherapy, coaching, and addiction counseling help me better understand my client’s needs, allowing for as beneficial and effective of an integration session as possible.
My life’s interests are meditation, painting, reading non-fiction books about the exploration of consciousness, quantum physics, studying indigenous cultures, traveling, connecting with nature and much more. I center a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to integration, seeking to incorporate the full spectrum of my interests, studies and trainings.
