I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, a certified Emotional Liberation® facilitator and a long-time cannabis advocate and activist – experientially working with the plant to advance states of higher consciousness and emotional healing.

Importantly, these explorations have all been time-tested by me. I have profoundly healed from deep trauma and emotional woundings with these techniques and practices.
