Roots Behavioral Health was founded in 2016 by husband-and-wife team Brent and Andrea Turnipseed to address a pressing need for affordable and accessible behavioral healthcare in Austin.
Since then, the Roots family has grown to include two locations, an additional physician, seven physician assistants, seven psychotherapists, and a roster of amazing support staff.
In addition, Roots has expanded services to include ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, a ground-breaking approach for the treatment of depression, anxiety, and other serious challenges.
