How I work with Clients
I support my clients by helping them to:
-Crystallize the insights gained on their journey to feel more aligned with their soul purpose and be who they’re meant to be.
-Learn how to keep the magic of the medicine alive within them to foster a deeper connection to themselves, others, the Universe, and nature.
-Receive gentle guidance through the emotional aftermath of the ceremony so that they feel more grounded and peaceful as they adjust to finding their place in their ‘real life.’
-Overcome their limiting thought and behaviour patterns to live a lighter, freer, more joyful life.
-Gain tools + support as we co-create their holistic self-care framework, so they continue to nurture and gain clarity from the insights received on their journey.
I work with individuals before and after their ceremony experience. In preparation, we work together to prepare you physically, emotionally, and spiritually for your journey; preparing yourself for the powerful inner exploration that comes when journeying with psychedelic medicine. We do this by taking a wholistic inventory of your life, looking at 5 aspects that I believe are important for a whole and balanced life.
Following the journey/ceremony I support you in your integration journey - deciphering the insights and messages received and applying action to those insights to aid in your healing process.
-Holding space for the array of emotions, traumas and memories that arise during a sacred medicine ceremony and working to heal these experiences.
-Turning everyday moments into moments of celebration and ceremony.
-Accessing and trusting that the magic of the medicine is always within you.
-Taking daily inventory of your life, mind, body and spirit to constantly align with the highest version of your most authentic self.
-Learning how to use the power of breath to ground you into the present and let go of any stuck emotionality in the body.
