How I work with Clients
I offer an integrative approach to mental health. That means I take the time to listen to what your needs and desires are before rushing to my prescription pad. I often run genetic tests and bloodwork to look for organic causes of mental health challenges. My treatments may include nutritional and lifestyle guidance, herbs, supplements, and medications. I also offer Spravato and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. See the clinic website for more information.
Treatment Approach
I use motivational interviewing, Buddhist psychology and meditation coaching, as well as other basic counseling skills rooted in the Hakomi tradition. However, My therapy skills aren't a perfect match for everyone, so I'm happy to collaborate with your therapist. You can expect compassionate, non-judgmental care aimed at holistic optimization of your health.
