Past experiences impact how we greet life today. When we don’t feel connected we often feel helpless and hopeless. This is not permanent, although it can feel like it is. The eclectic therapeutic experience is an important element to me but my approach is also grounded in evidence-based practices.

Treatment Approach

I provide trauma resolution therapies for a variety of mental health issues. These include addictions (chemical and behavioral), PTSD, dissociation (DDNOS/DID), pre-verbal traumas, panic, anxieties, depression, grief, anger, attachment, ADD/ADHD, relational discord, psychedelic integration, and developmental or spiritual life conflicts issues. I also provide consultations and psycho-education/training for individuals, families, agencies, organizations, and communities.
