Dr. Sa’ed Al-Olimat grew up in Ada, OH. In 2014, he moved to Pittsburgh, PA. In 2016, he earned a Certification in Genomic and Precision Medicine through the University of California, San Francisco. In May of 2020, he earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Duquesne University. He has provided direct patient care in both the independent and chain-based community pharmacy practice settings. He has counseled and engaged with patients directly in both inpatient and outpatient hospital experiences, as well as provided backend support while operating within the pharmacy informatics department at the Cleveland Clinic. Additionally, he’s practiced directly alongside providers, payers, and manufacturers. He understands the relationship associated with each stakeholder and how these groups interact among one another. In addition to this, he has nearly a year of experience coordinating client care with a hospice PBM. Dr. Sa’ed Al-Olimat is an advocate and educator of psychedelic medicine, specifically psilocybin as a natural compound for supporting mental health and emotional well-being.
