Preparation:
Healing and transformation happen in relationship with trust, curiosity and respect as guiding principles. I offer one-hour preparation sessions during which we’ll explore your intention for this work, as well as protocols to reduce risk and support a transformative experience. The preparation process is a collaboration and I will ask you to come with ideas about what you would like from our time together. In turn, I will share what I know about how to best prepare for a psychedelic journey. It is my intention to hold whatever emerges with curiosity, compassion and humor.

Risk Reduction:
Working with an experienced and ethical facilitator/guide who can hold space, tend to the your needs and act as an ally and witness while gently guiding you during your journey is essential to having a deep and lasting experience. Set (one’s thoughtfully considered intention) and Setting (the physical space, music, decor, atmosphere and quality of the relationship between client and facilitator) are important elements to be considered. I welcome inquiries around trip sitting and facilitation and am happy to discuss options that may be available.

Integration:
I offer one-hour integration sessions where we can explore insights and meaning from your experience. We’ll consider how this new wisdom might be integrated into your life as well as how to re-enter gently into your daily routine.
