Each client’s goals are unique ad specific to them, my goal is to empower people to live their fullest life. In my practice my experience has been with individuals who are experiencing a major life block, feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious.

    Carla is such a tremendous counsellor. She’s helped me discover a few issues that I have been suppressing. The way she went about doing is really amazing and I’m thankful that I found her in my search for a counsellor in Victoria BC. I’ve always felt comfortable and at ease while talking to her during our sessions.
