HOW THE PSILOCYBIN RETREAT WORKS
Seven days before the retreat – preparation
We organise a video call with the team of facilitators and all the participants to get to know each other and let you know how the retreat will work. This preparation is the key to success – you’ll get all the information you need to arrive prepared and relaxed.
Day 1 – Getting started
When you arrive at our retreat accommodation, you can take some time to settle in and find your way around, then you’ll meet the facilitators and other participants in person. Feel free to participate in the group conversation and share your experience with the others. Our team will give you all the practical information you need during the retreat.

The morning is spent preparing, relaxing with yoga, and completing breathing exercises. After a quick lunch, you’ll go straight to the ceremony. In a mystical, emotional atmosphere, you’ll prepare your own psilocybin truffle tea. After the psilocybin retreat, we recommend that participants seek regular guidance for handling their emotions: psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, sophrology, Qi Gong… We also encourage our participants to participate in social activities and resist any temptation to be alone.
