About
Reset was created because we wanted to offer psilocybin services in a way that felt personal. We are a small healing center, and we plan to stay that way. We want to know the people we work with and make sure they feel comfortable with us and in our space.
Our team includes licensed therapists and trained facilitators who bring different backgrounds and approaches to this work. We don't believe there is one right way to have a psychedelic experience. We take time to understand why you are coming to psilocybin, what you hope to get from it, and what you need to feel supported.
We offer individual, couples and family, and small group services. Preparation and integration are part of the process, so the focus isn't only on the day you take psilocybin. We are there to help you prepare for the experience and make sense of what comes up afterward.
How we work with clients
We start by getting to know you and understanding what brings you to psilocybin. From there, we help you choose the therapist or facilitator who feels like the right fit and prepare for your experience together.
You’ll work with the same person throughout preparation, your psilocybin session, and integration afterward. We don’t believe in telling you what you should experience or what it should mean. We’re there to support you, follow your experience, and help you make sense of it in a way that feels meaningful to you.
Treatment approach
There isn't one therapeutic approach that fits everyone. Our therapists bring different backgrounds to this work, with some leaning more clinical and others incorporating somatic, nature-based, or experiential approaches. What we share is a belief that you know yourself better than anyone else. We trust our clients and work alongside them rather than deciding for them what their experience means or where it should lead.
