My approach is to support folks in integrating these tools and allies into their daily lives. We move slowly to build the nervous system’s capacity to be present with their experiences. We move slowly to feel the magic of relationship building. Relationship building to the plant and between client and practitioner.
We move slowly and with intention to allow the process to blossom.
We deepen into these tools to create a safe container:
-Story processing/witnessing – space to be heard
-Resource accessing – developing a plan to ensure needs and goals are met
-Nervous system support – movement, meditation, breath work, EFT Tapping, etc.
-Nourishment guidance to support physical vessel – food & herbal support
-Ritual creation – sacred space with self while navigating transformation
-Legacy creation – honoring the wisdom of experiences
