    I had the privilege of working with Dr. Rowland during a recent guided psychedelic journey, and I cannot recommend her enough. From the start, she created a peaceful, safe, and supportive environment that immediately put my nerves at ease.

    She took the time to thoroughly explain how to prepare for the experience, what to expect, and how to integrate the insights afterward. The follow-up guidance and workbook were incredibly helpful in making sense of my journey and continuing the work in my daily life.

    The use of sound was particularly profound, deepening the experience in ways that words can’t fully capture. It felt transformative in a way I never expected, and the benefits continue to unfold in my life long after the session.
