About

I’m Heather Hart, a Colorado Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator and founder of Wild Hart Medicine in Manitou Springs, Colorado.

My work centers on intentional psilocybin facilitation, preparation, and integration, with a particular interest in the ethics and relational conditions surrounding psychedelic experience. My approach is non-clinical, somatically informed, and grounded in autonomy, informed consent, careful attention to power, and respect for the participant’s own meaning-making.

I serve people throughout the Colorado Springs region as well as those who travel to Colorado for intentional psilocybin experiences.

How I work with clients

Most of the psilocybin journeys I facilitate are primarily inward. I prepare carefully with each person before the experience, including conversations about intention, expectations, boundaries, consent, and how they want to be supported if difficult material arises.

During the journey, I remain attentive without unnecessarily directing or interrupting the experience. I do not assume that every difficult moment needs to be changed, interpreted, or resolved. My role is to tend the conditions of the experience, respond when support is needed, and have the restraint to remain out of the way when it is not.

Integration afterward offers space to explore what remains alive from the experience without imposing an interpretation or requiring it to become a particular kind of insight.

Treatment approach

My relationship with psychedelics spans many years and includes personal exploration as well as formal training and professional practice. These experiences have shaped my respect for the complexity of altered states and reinforced my commitment to humility, autonomy, careful preparation, and ethical facilitation. My professional facilitation practice is focused on psilocybin.

Most of the psilocybin journeys I facilitate are primarily inward. I prepare carefully with each person before the My approach is relational, somatically informed, and participant-led. I emphasize preparation, informed consent, autonomy, ethical use of power, and facilitator restraint.

I do not approach psychedelic experiences with a predetermined outcome or assume that I know what an experience should mean. I support the participant’s capacity to remain in relationship with what arises while maintaining careful attention to safety, boundaries, and the relational field.
