Treatment approach
I used medicines to heal my own issues with complex trauma for 5 years, then was invited to help hold medicine space for others from my indigenous practitioners. I use a blend of evidence based strategies for trauma recovery with psychedelic preparation and integration strategies learned from my indigenous teachers.
