My holistic approach to mental health is rooted in my belief in the profound interconnectedness of Mind, Body, and Soul and aims to restore balance on multiple levels.

I’ve always cultivated a passion for languages and cultural exchange, culminating with the choice of a linguistic high school and several educational and work experiences abroad.
After a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques, a Master of Science in Clinical and Health Psychology, a specialization in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and a Master’s in Psychomotor Therapy, in 2022 I completed IPI’s year-long Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training.

After conducting psycho-diagnostic assessments and psychological counseling at the European Institute of Oncology and other healthcare facilities, I started a private practice in Milan; although I currently mainly work remotely, from different countries and time zones. I also pursue my interest in cultural awareness and culturally informed care through Wind Rose, a psychological care service dedicated to expatriates, that Dr. Irene Pretoriani and I co-founded in 2020.

I offer Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Psychedelic Integration Therapy online, in English, Italian, and Spanish.
