How I work with Clients
I approach our session with openness and a spirit of collaboration. We work together to develop goals, or create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing and processing. Our time can be structured or flow with your ongoing needs. The journey of healing can utilize the clinical skills and tools at my disposal, but it's also about building a solid therapeutic relationship all along the way. The trust that is built in our sessions can provide the container for making deep inner and outer connections, which can also provide long-term relief.
Treatment Approach
For clients interested in psychedelic integration, our time together can be short-term, if preferred. I typically recommend at least 1-2 pre-trip sessions, and at least two post-trip sessions. For clients interested in a comprehensive therapeutic experience, our approach is based on your needs. For clients interested in trauma therapy, I like to spend time on nervous system health, with an emphasis on practical self-care. This lays the foundation of safety and self-regulation needed to process traumatic events. Long-term clients have reported this approach gives them a feeling of empowerment to manage themselves in every day life.
