Welcome to this retreat space for women…a sacred container for celebrating the divine feminine through our connection with the wilds of nature, the holy temple of our body, our spirit, and a community of divine sisters. This experience is about soul work. It will be rich in symbolism, creativity, ritual, and self-reclamation. It’s meant to awaken and restore the feminine principle – a fundamental part of us. It’s time to heal and reclaim our deep connection with the divine goddess within ourselves, with other women, and with the Earth Mother, as a fundamental energy on the planet at this time. It’s time to rise together!

Itinerary / Program Information

Each day will begin in noble silence as we attune mindfully and sensually to our bodies and ourselves, through meditation and mindful movement. Spacious mealtimes, as well as time in nature, and integration opportunities are part of this experience.

DAY 1: An afternoon arrival, is followed by settling in, dinner, and a Welcome Circle.
DAY 2: Highlights include a talk on the feminine principle, followed by a nature-based activity, a creative expression exercise, deepening through integration and personal time, cultivating community through communal mealtime, and a fire ceremony.
DAY 3: After our morning movement and breakfast routine, we provide another talk that prepares participants for the Sacred Plant Medicine Ceremony to take place in the afternoon. Dinner, integration & processing time round out the day.
DAY 4: We deepen into the integration process with a talk, groups shares, and 1:1 time with facilitators. A celebration completes the day.
DAY 5: Closing circle and final words complete this communal experience.

Accommodations

ROOMS:
A variety of cozy room options are available in the main lodge. These range from shared and single accommodations with shared bath, to one private room with an ensuite bath. See: https://www.wintergreenstudios.com/the-lodge
Two cabin options may be available upon request. These are within walking distance to the main lodge.
Prices vary according to the room selected.

MEALS:
"Mouthwatering food is a significant part of the Wintergreen experience. Our menus feature local foods and much of our produce is grown in our own gardens. We provide gourmet meals to meet all dietary needs." Specific dietary needs will be noted in the Application Form.

Wintergreen Studios is an off-grid, sustainable, straw-bale construction retreat centre. Situated in the Frontenac Biosphere, 50 minutes north of Kingston, Ontario, Wintergreen offers guests a beautiful natural environment that nourishes body, mind and soul.

How to Get There

WEBITE: Our centre is located at 90 Wintergreen Lane (formerly 9780 Canoe Lake Road), in the Township of South Frontenac, in Southeastern Ontario (phone: 613 • 273 • 8745). We are about 15 minutes from the village of Westport and less than an hour from Kingston. Watch out for the small black sign at the entrance of Wintergreen Lane.

Approximate driving times to Wintergreen from:
- Kingston: 50 minutes
- Toronto: 3.5 hours
- Ottawa: 2 hours

Kingston also has train, bus, and airline connections to major centres. If you are arriving by train, bus, or plane you will need to drive to Wintergreen in a rental car, or by a taxi.
