Alma Healing Center is a plant medicine retreat center in Ecuador mainly offering ayahuasca retreats, though also working with mescaline (Peyote or Wachuma), psilocybin, sweatlodge/temazcal.

Our work combines the ancient, time-tested wisdom of plant medicines with modern therapeutic practices, creative expression, and connection to nature. Led by Paulina Quilla Pakari -Tsunkinua, an experienced medicine woman and Gestalt therapist, and her partner Sandra, we create a space where transformation is not only possible but inevitable—when you show up with an open heart and intention.
