As a self pay patient I was never told the simple bloodwork (which was taken in-house) would be charged by an outside third party company far beyond the initial $150 consultation. The simple blood work to be approved for the ketamine infusion turned out to be $1325. Mind you this is just bloodwork they never informed me about or how much it cost. Now I am in negotiations to figure out how to pay this huge bloodwork bill. And the bloodwork only checked simple levels, nothing intensive. And lastly, Mindpeace will not refund the total amount or work with Labcorp...
