Coming Home to Our True Nature is a seven-week study and process group focusing on Psychedelic Integration through the Lens of Yoga Psychology.
Working with yoga psychology for psychedelic integration can offer several benefits. Yoga psychology provides a framework for understanding the mind, emotions, and behavior, offering tools for self-inquiry, self-regulation, and self-transformation. When integrated with psychedelic experiences, yoga psychology can help individuals make sense of their experiences, manage emotional and psychological challenges, promote self-awareness, and support ongoing personal growth. Additionally, the practices of yoga, such as breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, can complement and support the integration process by providing tools for grounding, centering, and self-reflection.
