How I work with Clients
Initially, I meet with clients one-on-one or in small groups (couples, etc.) to assess fit and to determine the scope of our work together (for example, macrodosing or "journeying," microdosing, coaching, prep and/or integration support, and so on). We then use email to work through logistics, formulate an agreement, and commence working together.
Treatment Approach
Macrodose programs include (at a minimum): Two (2) 1-hour preparation sessions over Zoom, the journey itself, and two (2) 1-hour Integration sessions (also over Zoom). Preparation typically begins 2-4 weeks prior to your journey, and there is the option to add additional prep/integration sessions and/or to have one or more sessions in person.
Microdosing and coaching programs (including yoga nidra, breathwork, dreamwork, etc.) include Four (4) 1-hour sessions over Zoom.
In general, my approach is somatic and trauma-sensitive in that it explores the ways in which our physical and emotional suffering, as well as the keys to our psychospiritual growth and transformation, are rooted in the body.
