Clients have said that I’m relatable, genuine, non-judgmental, and that I create a safe, caring environment. I’m here to hold the space for you to share your inner most thoughts, pain, fears, doubts, and together guide you through and out of the traumas from your past.
I’m here to help you navigate the challenging season or transition in your life. You are capable of doing difficult things and you don’t have to do that alone. Integration isn’t just a part of psychedelic therapy, it’s part of therapy in general. I utilize parts work and principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help integrate the different parts of yourself. Ultimately the goal is to feel whole and to connect back to You. I’m holistic in the sense that I believe every client is unique. I tailor our sessions to your needs. As a yogi, I whole-heartedly believe in paying attention to the mind/body connection and helping these parts integrate as well. As a society, I believe we struggle with disconnection and so much of the work is learning to come back to a state of connection, with ourselves and others. I also utilize mindfulness practices & EMDR.
