How I work with Clients
I offer an integrative approach to mental health. That means I take the time to listen to what your needs and desires are before rushing to my prescription pad. I often run genetic tests and bloodwork to look for organic causes of mental health challenges. My treatments may include nutritional and lifestyle guidance, herbs, supplements, and medications. See the clinic website for more information.
I use motivational interviewing, Buddhist psychology and meditation coaching, as well as other basic counseling skills rooted in the Hakomi tradition. However, I'm happy to collaborate with your therapist. You can expect compassionate, non-judgmental care aimed at holistic optimization of your health.
