I help angsty adolescents and overwhelmed adults process complex trauma using brain-body and alternative therapies. Complex trauma refers to “little t” traumas that compound throughout our life- from difficult childhood experiences, to stressful life events, to relationship difficulties.
Through my practice I utilize Brainspotting (a form of eye movement therapy that targets traumatic memories stored in the limbic system), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help clients develop coping strategies and emotional regulation.
My approach is gentle yet effective. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to feel empowered to tell their stories and begin healing from trauma that has held them back for too long. By working through complex trauma, my clients report improvements in mood, self-esteem, and relationships, as well as a renewed sense of hope and possibility.
