I help my clients prepare for, navigate, and make meaning of their entheogenic experiences and implement life changes that align with their emerging values. This process of self-discovery uses guided visualization, creative expression, movement, dreamwork, nature activities, and deep reflection to expand on and uncover insights and lessons from their expanded states of consciousness. Treatment Approach

My primary focus is on helping my clients successfully navigate and engage what comes up during their journeys, and make the most out of the experience through integrating insights into positive changes in their lives. My approach is informed by my training in depth psychology, eco psychology, expressive-arts therapy, shamanic practices, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed coaching. I work in partnership with my clients to determine the best approach based on their individual needs.
