About

I'm Jessica Eden, a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addiction counselor. I'm also the founder of Intuitive Life Wellness in Lafayette, Colorado. I hold a Colorado Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator Training License (NMIT), I'm licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and New Mexico, and I'm a NADA Registered Trainer and Acudetox Specialist.

My own healing with plant medicine eased years of depression and anxiety and reconnected me with a sense of purpose. After more than 15 years in social work, that experience reshaped my practice. Today I bring together clinical depth, psychedelic-informed care, and a spiritually inclusive lens to help people release old patterns, heal trauma, and come home to themselves. I also train clinicians who want to support clients exploring psychedelics safely and ethically.

How I work with clients

We begin with a free consultation and pre-screening to make sure we're a good fit. From there, we build an individualized plan that may include:

  • assessment and a treatment plan

  • preparation and integration sessions

  • ongoing therapy that weaves in the modalities that best support you

Sessions are available in person in Lafayette and by telehealth for Colorado and New Mexico residents. Psilocybin services are offered in Colorado and New Mexico psilocybin services will be offered once regulatory approval is in place.

I accept Aetna, United, Medicaid, and HSA/FSA for qualifying therapy services, and I offer sliding-scale Restorative Pricing.

Treatment approach

My work is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in harm reduction, informed consent, and personal sovereignty. I combine parts work (IFS), mindfulness practices, and nervous system regulation with spiritually informed psychotherapy. When it fits, I also integrate psychedelic-assisted therapy and acudetox. I see a psychedelic experience as one chapter of a larger therapeutic process. Much of the lasting change happens in careful preparation and in the integration work afterward.
