Third Realm Integration is a heart conscious healing program rooted in depth, existential, and transpersonal psychology. In depth work, the primary goal is to find wholeness by making the unconscious conscious. The existential piece of this work brings into question the meaning of our existence on this plane and how we see our soul’s evolution through many lifetimes. With the addition of transpersonal techniques to expand consciousness like breathwork, dream work, heart-centered meditation, archetypal exploration, holotropic or psychedelic states, and cosmology, the Third Realm model can help clients facilitate integration, harmony, and inner stillness.

How Third Realm Integration works with Clients
I aim to create a container of trust and safety to allow each client the opportunity to deepen into Source and awaken the wisdom within. My goal is to facilitate deep healing that comes from a willingness to surrender, let go, and be vulnerable. During each session, I send out the energy of compassion and unconditional love with an open heart to initiate the client into the vibration of their heart space. Before each session, I clear my space and meditate on the client’s energy. This process allows me to be fully open and receive what the client brings to session.
Treatment Approach
My approach is a combination of mindfulness and psychodynamic, depth/Jungian, existential, and transpersonal therapy. I also practice consciousness medicine and Tibetan Buddhism which largely influences my approach to healing. Conscious leadership coaching available for those in leadership professions. Psychedelic integration therapy is offered as well.

I am clinically trained and maintained a specialty in addiction medicine and recovery with a focus in opioid addiction and cannabis inclusive recovery during my clinical training. I am now a doctoral candidate receiving my PhD at the California Institute of Integral Studies in Transpersonal Psychology. I am also in the process of licensure in South Carolina, Idaho, and Kansas. I founded the Third Realm Method in 2021 by combining heart centered meditation and archetypal and holistic astrology. At Third Realm Integration, I have provided hundreds of patients with ketamine and entheogenic integration therapy using heart-centered approaches. I learned the approach of heart-centered awareness by studying with my teacher and Western shaman for 6 years, weekly, almost without fail.
