Each person and their life story is unique and I approach each therapeutic relationship as a new experience. I strive to meet you where you are while inviting any parts of you wanting or needing healing and growth to enter our therapeutic space. I believe that deep healing happens in the presence of acceptance, respect, and compassion. It is also facilitated by invitation rather than force.
In the first few sessions we will get to know each other and develop an understanding of the aspects of your life and internal world that you would like to change. We will design a plan to guide these changes and set milestones to measure progress. The next several sessions are filled with the work of your healing journey at this time. We will work together to help you find a path to wellness, wholeness, and balance.
