I absolutely recommend this clinic. Ketamine is not as well known as other medications but it will be. The staff are so nice and so caring. They take their time with you, always answer questions and just make you feel very safe and comfortable. The clinic itself is immaculate and modern. They really try to work with you to get you what you need. I implore people to go to the website or call to see if this is an option for you. It is really improving my quality of life!
MN Ketamine and Wellness clinic was a very welcome relief after a series of very traumatic events where time waiting for medication to work was not an option. I have tried numerous medications and counseling in the past and nothing has compared to the efficacy of this treatment for depression, anxiety and PTSD. Christy and Paul are excellent care providers and you will feel very comfortable thru the entire process; I glad my GP for being in the know and recommending ketamine infusion therapy.
This Ketamine Clinic has been a Godsend for my husband. He has had depression for many, many years and no drug could give him any relief. He was on a blind study at the VA hospital in Minneapolis and had phenomenal results using the ketamine. There was no question that he received the ketamine treatment because the results were miraculous. His treatment endured for a total of five months and then it was time for a new series of ketamine treatment. Since the VA no longer offered the treatment because initially it was only a study , we had to look further for another center offering the treatment. After much research we happened on this treatment center and we thank God everyday for that. The people working here, Paul and Kristy are definitely doing what they have been called to do. They work with your schedule to get you in as quickly as possible. Their office is top notch clean and inviting. With all this said, there is no better place to go.
It truly breaks my heart to know how many people (including my brother) and how many friends and especially young friends of our children have died because they didn’t know where or who to turn to. Also how many people you read about or hear about that you don’t know have lost their lives to suicide. One life is one to many.. So I beg of you who are reading this, if you or someone you know suffers from depression, please get help either for yourself or another, whomever that person is. Know that you are not alone and I HIGHLY recommend this center to help you through it. It takes very special people to help you through a devastating medical crisis as this and God bless the workers here doing whatever they can to make you well. And trust me. That can happen to you if you just take the chance. There’s a whole new beautiful life out there depression free. We know because my husband is proof of it. The facility is calm and clean, the staff is professional and caring, and treatment itself is relatively easy and convenient. I couldn’t recommend it more highly for anyone who has tried conventional therapy and medicine but is still struggling. Staff presents a calm, nonjudgemental, and highly professional service. Communication is quick, thorough, and questions are answered quickly with great reassurance. In the course of treatment, any time an issue arose, it was dealt with quickly and effectively and with the utmost empathy. Scheduling is convenient and the facility is easy to locate. I would readily recommend this facility to any family member or friend seeking treatment without reservation. The treatment I received has changed my entire life for the better. I am beyond grateful that I found this clinic and that I persisted through the initial treatments. It has been the most impactful treatment I have ever received for my issues. Highly knowledgeable and very understanding staff, comfortable rooms, creating an experience not just an infusion. Have been doing infusions for little over a year now with relief for my depression, PTSD, anxiety, and OCD. I did a lot of research before doing infusions, and I’m glad I followed thru with the help of MN Ketamine and Wellness. I always feel safe and taken care of before, during, and after. I’m not just a number, they care about me, as a person. Finding The MN Ketamine and Wellness Institute has been a literal life saver!!
I arrived at the office with a reasonable amount of apprehension, but all of that was put to rest after meeting Paul and Christy in person. They really did an incredible job not only explaining how the medication works, but also making me feel very comfortable. And Dr. LaValla was super easy to talk to and incredibly thorough on the initial intake appointment.
The treatment was truly an experience in and of itself. I would go so far to say it was quite spiritual, in addition to the physiological effects it has on your neural pathways. And admittedly this is coming from a non-religious follower. But after even the first infusion, I felt more aligned and in tune.
The office was perfectly laid out with really comfortable chairs to sit in for the infusions. They recommended bringing headphones and the spa music really helped tremendously.
Overall if you’re still thinking about it.. I definitely recommend giving it a try. In my opinion, this is the best clinic in the Twin Cities area.
If doing ketamine infusions, this is the place to go. I checked out other places and they seem like fast-food joints. Here they treat you and the treatment with respect. They are fully dedicated to make sure you get the most from each session. They’re also working with Ellie Family Services to offer integration counseling to help ensure long-lasting results. I’m finding relief after being on anti-depressants for 20 years! Highly highly recommended!
