I am a Somatic Healer, Spiritual Mentor, and Psychedelic Guide. I hold space for the deep stuff and walk people back home to themselves so they can remember who they are and reclaim their inner wisdom, authentic self expression, and aliveness.

I am passionate about supporting people in their psilocybin experiences and deeply integrating the wisdom they receive into their mind and body. And bringing light to the subconscious and rewiring the limiting beliefs and habits that are deeply ingrained in the nervous system.

I have online group programs that support women in alchemizing anger, becoming more visible, and grounding in the wisdom of their body. As well as one-to-one online support or in-person deep dives or VIP experiences.

My 10+ years of experience as an acupuncturist brings a holistic approach to my work where I integrate the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic realms.
