How I work with Clients
My works is always based on building a trusting and caring relationship with the client. We begin with a thorough exploration of the clients background, present, and intention for the future. Once the terrain is established we build a roadmap suited for the clients needs, wishes and abilities. The focus is on understanding with the mind and experiencing the understanding with the body and emotional system, creating experience based knowledge that can be integrated into the system. The therapeutic journey is a partnership with the therapist bringing the tools and works together with the client to achieve change. The broader the toolbox, the more tools there are to use to achieve healing and growth. As a therapist I work with the client and use the tools that will be most efficient in each and every case.
A core principle in my work is that transformation and healing can never be achieved by force or violence. The healing can be painful but the process will always be gentle and loving.
The aim is always to create maximum well being in each persons unique life journey and help each individual to reconnect to themselves, their loved ones and their community.
Treatment Approach
My approach to healing comes from modern psychology and the wisdom of Judaism. Disease comes from disconnectedness and imbalances and by joining the physical and spiritual aspect of a human being we achieve unity and balance, within ourselves and with the outer world. At the core of the treatment is the therapeutic work assisted by psilocybin mushrooms. Psilocybin has been used by humans for thousands of years and has many healing properties. One of the greatest benefits of psilocybin use is its remarkable ability to “reset” the human brain and thus patterns established due to imbalances and trauma. There is a strong empirical evidence that psilocybin can induce deep behavioral changes and address emotional, spiritual, and physical challenges. Yoga, aboriginal sound healing, artistic expression, massage and group sessions help consolidate the transformation and solidify the healing process. At our retreats we also address nutritional imbalances by offering delicious, plant based food that cleanse and strengthen the body and mind.
