While focusing on and helping others has been a natural tendency for me fueled by my own search for happiness, there came a point where informal training was no longer enough. With the decision to change careers and shift towards the helping profession I completed first a coaching training at Presence Based Coaching in Asheville. I then enrolled and completed in a two year comprehensive training in the Hakomi Method of somatic mindfulness psychotherapy. Concurrently I trained formally as a guide and now have a private practice while being supported through mentorship and a supervision group.

I welcome a diverse range of clients and offer my full expertise, experience, love, and compassion to your search for growth, purpose, and happiness.
