I use an eclectic approach towards trauma, psychedelic integration, and shadow work. Incorporating spirituality, elemental energy work (traditional healing), somatics, sound, vibroacoustics, and Cannabis-Assisted Psychedelic Therapy. Through ceremony, ritual, and art-making we can create meaning from our own personal wounds and transform these experiences with non-ordinary states of consciousness.
I’m humbly informed by my traditional and non-traditional training and learnings throughout my life experiences and healing journey. I trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. However, I choose not to identify as a psychotherapist and identify more as a Psychospiritual Consultant and Psychedelic Guide. I find that this honors my deep personal passion for plant medicines, esoteric learnings, and my own longing for connection to my ancestral roots. I consider myself a lifelong student of the cross-cultural spiritual and shamanic teachings and my spiritual foundations are rooted in family spiritual practices of Puerto Rican Espiritismo, Sanse, and Santeria. A merging of Afro-Caribbean religions, indigenous Taino traditions, and European esoteric teachings.
I incorporate your spiritual views to be in full relationship with you as a whole person. I see illness as an attempt for the body, mind, and spirit to return to balance and turn towards healing and wholeness. These practices allow us to regain responsibility of our own suffering as well as our own liberation. It’s hard work, and it’s worth it. We do this for our ancestors, our family, and our evolution.
