Hi! My name is Leo, and I’m an integrative plant medicine facilitator and psychotherapist practitioner. My professional exploration of healing and altered states of consciousness began in the Bay Area, where I gained significant clinical experience by contributing with folks who looked at the effects of psilocybin on Major Depressive Disorder and Trauma.
My training involves many diverse, yet compatible modalities such as somatic trauma therapy, intergenerational trauma healing, internal family systems, attachment theory, nutritional healing, mindfulness meditation, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psilocybin-assisted group therapy, and several other skills.
Outside of my work with plant medicine, I love traveling and practicing the Spanish language, going to the gym, doing daily walks, and most of all, laughing with my friends.

Leo is amazing! The way he carries out plant medicine is truly incredible and transformative. Even if you’ve never done anything like this, he will absolutely help you through the process and also give you amazing insights and feedback from your journey. He is able to somehow find the balance of guiding your process without heavy handedness. He definitely knows the way these practices need to be carried out for the right experience. It’s rare to find someone with this type of wisdom and care. Highly recommended.
I also forgot to mention his sourcing for the plants. I know for a fact that love and care is put into the growing and tending of the plants. It makes a difference and it’s not just cheaply sourced. Once again, all of this adds up to a life-changing experience.

First, he thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. I was intrigued by the concept but had no experience with these medicines and was a little nervous. He has the training, expertise and patience to put my mind at ease.
Next, we had a thorough consultation to prepare me for a positive experience. Not only did he clearly describe the methodology and what to expect, he helped set my own expectations regarding what I wanted to get from this medicine. His thoughtful guidance really helped me focus on realistic goals.
The day of my journey he ushered me into a beautifully prepared, serene, safe and lovely space. He carefully revisited my intentions and what to expect. He also discussed professional boundaries which made me feel much more confident and at ease before we started.
The medicine ceremony itself started pleasantly and gradually grew in intensity. Leo was always, attentive, attuned and I could feel he put lots of his own personal energy into the experience. There were mostly beautiful moments, a few humbling moments and a long, introspective and enlightening comedown. Remarkable!

And finally, he checked in with me a few days later to discuss the intentions I had set for the journey, the lessons I learned and he gave me a helpful framework for me to further integrate the experience into my day-to-day life.
