I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner ST and Psychiatric Registered Nurse working in Florida’s East Coast. Complementing my enthusiasm for wellbeing, I currently volunteer for Fireside Project, providing psychedelic integration and trip support. I teach yoga part time and encourage breathing techniques together with gentle or powerful movement, tailored to the individual and in a calm, controlled environment.
I am always keen to stay current on education and training, and hold current Florida & Texas RN licenses. I hold permanent residency status in the USA as I am originally from England, UK, and moved to Florida four years ago. I hold a Nursing BSN, ACLS, PALS & BLS, with experience in various medical and emergency settings; including ED and Trauma centers in England, Germany, Kenya and Afghanistan in my previous role as a Combat Medical Technician with the British Army.
I think of it as my dharma, or life purpose, to utilize my education, skills and qualifications for the benefit of humanity and all other beings, and intent to continue making a significant contribution to the delivery of holistic, contemporary mental and physical healthcare.
I have a strong interest in the holistic benefits on mind, body & soul of psychedelics and holistic living. My interest is in natural and preventative healthcare methods, including the legalization of psychedelic medicines, and promoting a plant-based lifestyle centered around health, balance & ethics.
I understand the value of practicing in a holistic environment, utilizing a fusion of psychiatry, yoga, plant-based diet, and psychedelic integration therapy in order to assist people to self-actualize and realize the health, balance and happiness within us all.
