Somatic (body) guidance and healing focuses on access to our bodies and subconscious minds where we store suppressed emotions, traumas, stuck energies and behavioral patterns. As we access the subconscious mind, we allow our innate healing capabilities to arise. We all hold innate wisdom and healing capabilities within us. WE ARE OUR OWN SELF-HEALERS. We use attunement to the body as a navigation tool to reveal what needs to be processed and healed.
