Individual differences matter and together we can explore ideas and implement solutions for healing based on the context of your life situation.

If you have an addictive past, old thought and emotional patterns do not simply go away once you are in recovery. Understanding your unconscious patterns of how you related to yourself and the world is a critical component for transformation to occur. We can uncover these patterns through depth therapy or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and integration.

It was in Colorado during the late 1990’s when I once again lost control of my use. I was struggling and felt alone. It had been a couple of years since experiencing one of the main reasons I moved to Colorado – skiing in the mountains! My substance use was getting in the way of me living my best life. Something had to change. I found recovery. So can you.
