How I work with Clients
The clients I see most often have problems with stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, and managing big transitions in life. Transitions can be exciting — the start of a new job, a new school, the birth of a child — and transitions can be difficult and traumatic, at times: the death of a loved one, or divorce.
You are the expert of how you want to live your life.
My role is to work with you to help identify ways for reaching your goals and help you to find your own path to healing.
Treatment Approach
Looking at the world from the Plant's Eye View is looking our relationship with the natural world through an ecopsychology lens. This perspective centers around the belief that conscious interconnection with our world is essential to our health, well-being and healing. Using nature as my inspiration, I work as a therapist and group facilitator to support individuals to reflect on how to create better relationships with local lands, other humans, non-humans and the planet.

Nathaniel and I first connected several years around the formation of Boston Entheogenic Network. He is a kind, wise, nurturing and amazing person who I’m honored to know!
