How I work with Clients
I consult those using psychedelics on their own to reduce possible harm and maximize their benefits. This includes: Risk Factors, Health Checks (Lifestyle indicators), Basic Pharmacology (Psychedelic safety), Psychedelic Resistance (Preparation for a rough ride), Intention + Set + Setting (All three!). I also offer integration coaching to help keep those who have had powerful psychedelic experiences stay on a sustainable path of healing and change. My areas of specialty are in habit-resetting, root-cause identification, cognitive flexibility, environmental toxins, nutritional adaptation, metabolic training, meditation mechanics, and spiritual integration.
