Whatever the series of events that brought you here, if it involves feelings of stuckness, difficulty, pain, guilt, shame, confusion, fear, anger, or loss, you’ve come to the right place. My counseling practice is rooted in the view that when we suffer, a large part of it is due to the stories we’re telling ourselves about ourselves, others, and what life “should” be like. Beneath this tangled web of stories and beliefs, whether passed down from family, society, or concluded based on personal experience, there is a basic health.
