Dr.Aimee has a great group of doctors in her practice and they have changed my life completely, in a matter of months. Is very sad that her staff is what’s going to ruin this amazing practice she has because she just lost a patient and many referrals because of it. I was wrongfully charged as I keep record of all statements/invoices and I paid my full balance 11 days prior to this appointment. The lovely office manager/billing department wanted to argue with a patient for 10 minutes, and then proceeds to speak to me like I haven’t grasped the concept of copays. Mind you she’s working with mental health patients so im not sure where she was trained to work with people who have a mental illness but I cant even talk to people like that at my job at the Village, but THIS is being tolerated… Ive been going here for 2 years and have never had this issue. You are never able to get ahold of anyone, let alone the billing department. Its such a small problem but thanks for more stress!
If it were not for Dr. Aimee, personally, i would not be where I am today. So grateful for her caring spirit, for her willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of those she cares for. Used to be a great practice not anymore. Nobody seems to know what’s going on in the office and the staff is a revolving door. Billing nightmare
Dr. Harris-Newon is a bundle of positive energy that can’t help but rub off on you. She is an amazing doctor that really has a passion for helping people get a healthier, happier life. I am so glad to have met her – she really made a difference in my life.
Dr. Aimee is awesome. She teaches you how to become more aware of your senses, and how not to ignore the signals no matter who you’re dealing with. She gives you a level of trust almost immediately which makes it very easy to talk to her. She has changed my life with her knowledge and passion, she is very empowering!
