2:00 - 4:00PM Preparation exercises may include yoga, breathwork, and bodywork.

During your 5-6 hour journey, you will be immersed in a carefully curated musical playlist to guide you through various states of emotions and levels of consciousness.

Throughout the session, we bring fresh tea and have brief talks.

Because this is a group session and happens in a single room indoors, we set guidelines to ensure everyone has a good experience. During most of the session, we encourage everyone to practice silence to have an inner journey and minimize distraction.

During our closing session, we enjoy fresh fruit and offer exercises that may include guided meditation, bodywork, journaling, and sharing our experiences.
